Dr. Himel Chakma is a leading orthodontist and general dental practitioner in Bangladesh. He has a BDS degree from Chittagong Medical College and an MS degree from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University, Dhaka,Bangladesh where he currently works as an orthodontist .He has MCPS degree on Dental Surgery from BCPS. He has over 10 years of experience in treating various orthodontic problems, such as malocclusion, crowding, spacing, overbite, deep bite, and crossbite. He uses advanced techniques and equipment, aligners, and surgical procedures to improve the appearance and function of his patients’ teeth and jaws. He also provides root canal treatment, build up, tooth whitening, extraction, scaling, root planning , crown , fixed partial denture,and other dental procedures. He has presented his work at several national and international conferences , and has received awards and recognition for his excellence. He is a member of the Bangladesh Orthodontic Society, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the World Federation of Orthodontists.
